Why is it that things that are supposed to be "good" for me make me feel so horrible?

Right now, I have a killer headache from trying to stop drinking so much cream-and-sugar laden coffee, I'm so very uncomfortably bloated with gas from trying to eat more vegetables, and I am very high-strung, cranky and shaky from hunger because I'm trying to diet in general.

All I want to do is eat a pizza.  Followed by brownies and coffee.  Then, I'd be mellow again and I'd love the world and everyone in it. 

Right now?  I kind of want to tell the world to gtfo.  *rage*.
